Download Picasa 3. It is free and I LOVE IT for organizing, editing, etc. You can even blog straight from there by clicking a button! It will upload your pictures for you.
As you look at the pictures "hold" the ones you want in the collage and then click on "Collage". It will let you arrange them and change the size. EASY PEASY!
