Abigail Jane

She's my horse loving, full of imagination, drama queen, petite and girly girl ever to be born! Oh, how I love her! Her birth scared me to death since she was my first all natural delivery. I thought I might not live to be her mother. I'm so very, very thankful that I survived (ha! I wasn't in any real danger, just thought no one could possibly survive that amount of pain) and that I do get to mother her. This missy sure does teach me a lot.
She's my PICKIEST eater. I asked her what she wanted for her birthday dinner and she said spaghetti. This is maybe one of 3 bites she ate. She decided she didn't like it after all. It's really frustrating.
Her love of horses has not died, so she got all things horsey for her birthday.
A riding helmet for her HORSE RIDING LESSONS hopefully this spring.

Nate's lost tooth

We are losing teeth left and right over here. It was FINALLY Nate's turn.
He accidentally dropped it down the drain (devastating!), so he left the tooth fairy this note.
translation: Tooth Fairy, I lost my tooth. Can you still give me money? love, Nate

The tooth fairy delivered

Abby lost one too. Several weeks ago!

And now we are broke!

Thanksgiving

What a fun Thanksgiving we had here in Idaho! So happy to have my sister here, and that my parents and Susan came to join us for this day. Thanks so much Liz for hosting it. We had so so much fun!

Cute Amanda and Emily (We missed you Megan)

We went for the best walk after dinner.  It is a little piece of paradise where Liz lives.

My insistent photo bomber!
 Traditional Bingo game
Dad trying to trade with someone. No takers!

Abby fell in love with the Woods cat.
Aaron and I donning the kids Thanksgiving hats. We are dorks!

Grandma Lombardo

Over a month ago Vicki came to visit. Sheesh! I'm a bit behind on my blogging. These kids have never been so spoiled! Her visit included special one on one sleepovers, movies, lots of swimming, eating out, special gifts, CLOTHES (hannah scored!), loud laughter, and not near enough pictures to capture her time here.

She was here for Bolton's first work party.

 Linder Farm fun

 Early birthday present for Abby.

Climbing our favorite tree at the park.
 A sad goodbye.
She's just what a grandma ought to be.  Fun! Fun! Fun! And then she leaves some pretty disappointed kids when they remember how NOT fun their mom is!

Walking

Holland took her first "real" steps on Hannah's birthday. And now, well now she's a walking machine!

Insert sounds of squeals, laughter, joy, and any other sounds that an adorable baby would make when they are so so so happy with themselves.

along with walking, she's discovered the joy of climbing into baskets, boxes, laundry bags, etc. you name it, she's in it.

And now, it's near impossible to take a picture of her that isn't fuzzy.
