Wedding. Family. Sunshine. Swimming. No sleep. Dogs. Dressing up. Fun! Fun! Fun!

Uncle Mike and Aunt Jenna tied the knot! And Aaron officiated their wedding. Happy day!

Being loved on

Nate and his new buddy were a little bored during the short ceremony. Boys!

Sure was a beautiful wedding. Jenna was a stunning bride.

The rest of our visit we enjoyed the 80+ weather and did LOTS of swimming.

We ate dinner two night in a row at the COOLEST restuarant ever! Tree house for the kids, farm animals to feed. Lots of things to play on and in.

Pictures of 4 generations

I am not caught up on the sleep that was lost....but I never will be I'm afraid. Sure was worth every minute of being with family in California. Woke up to snow the day after we got back. Blah!

Our Spring Break

MONDAY

Swimming at the Legacy Center

TUESDAY

No picture...just lots of fun with cousins.

WEDNESDAY

Picnic in the park

Joe had his first chocolate chip cookie. He thought it was simply divine!

THURSDAY

This is the Place Park - SO.MUCH.FUN!

My favorite part of the day. Watching Abby strattle that goat and sit on it. Wish so bad that goat would have stood up.

FRIDAY

Nothing to do with the kids, but I went out to breakfast with these wonderful ladies. It was our last hoorah as a Primary Presidency. We were released last Sunday. Bitter/Sweet for us all. I loved serving with them and serving the children of our ward.

Easter

My most favorite holiday. It was absolutely beautiful on Easter Morning. Church was sweet and full of the Spirit. The rest of the day was spent with my little people and hubs. We ate a yummy feast and headed out for an afternoon stroll. So much to be thankful for. So much to enjoy!

I am the Gardner Here

I am happy. I'm in a good place in my life. I am touched by goodness daily. My favorite holiday is this Sunday. Do we know what Easter really means for each of us? Do we realize the tremendous gift given to us all through the ressurection of the Lord? Can we possibly understand what it means for us? I know that hard times are ahead. Noone can escape life without them. I want to always remember that He is the Gardner. That He is in control and will make me into what it is I'm meant to be. And I may cry. And I may not understand, but I know that He does.

Bonding

There is nothing that makes me more crabby or more sad when my children are fighting. But then, there is nothing that makes me more happy and grateful to be a mother when they are playing and having fun TOGETHER!

Milk Coma

9 months - still my worst sleeping baby. Still melts my heart to pieces!

My Lucky #5

I'm the 7th child. I've always leaned toward even numbers, but I've always thought of 5 as my lucky number. And 3 weeks ago I got the shock of my life....thus far. We are expecting baby #5. Am I ready for another little baby? Well, Joe did sleep all the way through the night for the first time last night, so maybe so. Ready or not, we are excited and we will be ready. I never thought I'd be capable to love so many little people, but somehow I do and I know I'll have room to love this child too. I've always known that being a mother is exactly what I wanted to be more than anything else. I've always known that I wanted many children. Five is many and I'm grateful my body is strong and able to carry them here.

Luck 'O the Irish

A silly holiday if you ask me. The kids have an absolute ball with anything we celebrate though. Darby, our family leprechaun, was particularly naughty this year. Instead of bringing the kids gold and goodies, he wrote on their faces during the night. They were pleased as punch. Go figure!
Making sure we are "pinch proof".
The cutest little Irish boy I know!
We ate green waffles, green jello, and green broccoli. No candy and no one cared. Hooray!

34

Another year older and wiser too...or so I hope. I had such a great birthday this year. Lots of phone calls, spontaneous treat to my favorite place ever....Red Mango!, emails, gouda cheese from my parents (true love there if you know me at all), messages, cards in the mail, pictures drawn for me, homemade gifts from my kids, a night out with my man, games and laughter with good friends. I mean, there can be no complaints with all of that above! I really feel blessed and I am thankful beyond words.
My homemade lemon sour cream pie! Mmm!!
Cheers to being 34!!

Daddy/Daughter

I'm pretty sure I could hear Abigail's sheer excitement all the way from the pool to my house, which is several miles away. It is nearly impossible to say no to this girl. You just have to say yes to her because, well, she's adorable! So when she asked her daddy if he would take her swimming, boy did he ever! And who wouldn't want to take this munchkin swimming? Even I might venture my post baby body into a suit for her! Thankfully, she hasn't asked me.

Babies

There's always a baby to hold at the Eyre house.

The Progression of the Pickle

FHE (family home evening)

It's usually a production when he teaches the kids.

Teaching them about commandments and the importance of keeping those commandments.

Abby chose our activity of play-do. And Hannah made the dessert (with some help from me of course).
Fun night. Fun family.

Ladies must dress up sometimes

These two were bored. So I dolled them up with a titch of makeup, fancy hairdo's, and gave them hot chocolate and cookies. Boredom solved!
